Penalties for the absence of Diagnostics
in France, ‘an obligation’.

● absence of documents concerning : Energy Efficiency, lead, asbestos, termites, gas, electricity and drainage could result in:

– an impossibility for the vendor to market his property for sale in France, privately, with an agent or Notaire.
– an impossibility for the vendor to guarantee the sale of a property.
– the purchaser can claim damages from the vendor or request the cancellation of sale.
