Penalties for the absence of Diagnostics
in France, ‘an obligation’.
● absence of documents concerning : lead, asbestos, termites, gas, electricity and drainage would result in:
– an impossibility for the vendor to guarantee the sale of a property.
– the purchaser can claim damages from the vendor or request the cancellation of sale.
● absence of documents :
– the purchaser can cancel the sale.
– if taken to court a reduction in the price of sale can be requested.
