Payments
Payment to invoices must be made in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

All payment is to be made in Euro but Sterling payment can be arranged with additional banking charges of 32.05€ per payment. Please contact us for more information to organise your invoiced amount in relation to the exchange rate.

Clients wishing to pay by banker’s card on line can do so using the facility on this site.

All payments must be made to us clear of all bank charges.

Non payment or late payment may be referred for legal action. This will involve a minimum charge of 50€ compensation plus interest under the late payment legislation of 1.5% per month: Law N° 92-1442. For any dispute in this matter ‘Tribunal de Commerce de Mayenne’ are the relevant authorities.

All Estate Agents with properties ‘Marketed’ by RANKIN must be French licensed Agencies or Notaires, holding legal ‘mandates’ for the sale of their proposed properties. RANKIN sarl retains the right to refuse marketing to any Agency or individual it feels necessary.
Private sellers may be refused if already holding valid mandates of sale with the Companies we work with.
